Rope Bondage Camping Weekend 2008

This year Touwtjes.tk will organise the 3d annual Rope Bondage Camping Weekend at ClubElysium near Brugge (Belgium). Again, the programme will be stuffed with workshops at all levels, a multiple round bondage contest and a BBQ. Reports of previous years can be found here: 2006 / 2007.

The primary language at this event will be Dutch. However, most participants speak English, and if you would like to join, please sent an email to us, and we can discuss with you which parts of the programme we can offer in English.

When?
This year's Rope Bondage Camping Weekend will be from Thursday August 21st to Sunday August 24th. However, there is the option to enroll in the three-day weeken starting on Friday as well.

Where?
The weekend will take place at ClubElysium, a residential villa with an enclosed garden. ClubElysium is located in Belgium, near Brugge, and can be reached by public transport and by car. For more information, you can visit their websit at http://www.clubelysium.be.

For whom? 
The idea originated from our yahoogroup, but everyone with an interest in rope bondage is welcome. Also, you don't need any prior experience, as beginners workshops will taught. Also, there will be quite a few people with bondage experience who can help you learn even more. The maximum number of participants is 50, so don't wait too long to enroll!

Participants should bring their own rope. There will be no rope for rent. We recommend strong, not stretchy rope like hemp, jute, or synthetics. You can order rope from bb-bdsm of  www.bindme.nl).

Bondage workshops: Everyone is welcome to join the workshops. Only for participation in the partial suspensions workshop we require substantial bondage experience (the teacher decides) for participation. Also, cotton ropes are insufficiently strong for these workshops/

Workshop Rope Preparation: Here you learn how to prepare your own hemp rope. An additional fee is required for the rope you will prepare and oil.

Bondage contest: A bondage contest in multiple rounds, suitable for beginners and experienced riggers alike.

Prices
For the short weekend (Friday-Sunday) the fee is  € 75,= for each person
For the long weekend (Thursday-Sunday) the fee is € 85,- for each person
This includes the €5,- membership fee for ClubElysiuM.

Prices include: breakfast, participation in tyhe workshops and contest, the BBQ and the play parties. Camping is include if you bring your own tent and gear.
Not included are other meals and drinks. Participants are kindly asked not to drink their own drinks outside the camping area.

Camping
Participants are asked to bring small tents, beacause of the limited available space. If you have no tent, you can rent one for € 10. ClubElysium has 8 of them, so please reserve one if you need one.

Pictures
Not everybody agrees to be photographed, so we have the following rules.
- During workshops, you may photograph your own partner, with  permission of the teacher.
- Outside the workshops, there will be a designated photo-area where you can take pictures.
- Some staff will take pictures of the event. These will not be published without your consent. If you don't want to be photographed by staff, please let us know when you arrive.

Upon arrival
If you arrive after the official reception time on Thursday, you may find everybody busy with the activities. Please wait until after the activities. Of course, you free to join one of the activities.

You can only enroll by sending an e-mail to : info@clubelysium.be. Please specify the name of any partner you will bring and an e-mail address. In return, you will receive a confirmation when the money transfer is received.
